Expected delivery times based on geographical location are as follows:
Italy: delivery within 2-3 business days Europe: delivery within 2-3 business days Rest of the world: delivery within 4-5 business days
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
Any customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer, if required by the regulations of the destination country. However, we offer the option to pay customs fees directly to the courier, via cash, card or bank transfer.
Additionally, we will send a notification email with estimated customs costs before delivery, so that you can be informed and ready to handle the payment quickly and easily.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Longer delivery times than those indicated depend exclusively on impediments encountered by the courier and should not be considered binding for clemco s.r.l.
Delivery times are subject to variation during holidays (Christmas, Easter…).
In case the product is unavailable after the order, we will inform the customer via email as soon as possible and propose a new delivery date. The customer can then choose to accept the postponement of the delivery date or cancel the order and obtain a refund.
The delivery times of the goods are indicative as shipments are managed directly by the courier, therefore they are not in any way binding for clemco s.r.l. At the time of delivery by the courier, the customer is required to check:
a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the goods;
b) that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes if present.
In the case of products with packaging that is not suitable for safeguarding, due to any damage caused by transport, the customer must refuse delivery and immediately notify clemco s.r.l., which will provide for a new shipment.
If the goods are not collected within three business days from the courier’s notification of passage, it is understood that the storage costs of the goods at the courier’s warehouse will be charged to the customer if it is found that the latter has not booked the pickup following the courier’s notification of passage.

Shipping costs do not include handling for delivery of the goods to the floor.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage expenses. The packaging costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders executed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is reserved for fragile items. The boxes have reasonable dimensions and your items are well protected.
